Introduction

Oxford's Biochemistry NMR facility has four solution-state Bruker spectrometers running at 1H frequencies of 500, 600, 750 and 950 MHz. All spectrometers have high-sensitivity cryoprobes for 1H, 13C, and 15N detection (and 19F at 600 MHz), and are optimised for biomolecular NMR studies with a particular emphasis on proteins.

The NMR facility is located in the bottom floor of the Rex Richards Building, next to the Dorothy Crowfoot Hodgkin Building. The NMR facility also contains a small wet-lab area to facilitate minor sample preparation tasks or titrations.
